get back at it!
So after Thursday night group ride I did my pig-out on junk food, old habits are hard to break. Friday after my bulletproof coffee I was not feeling well was it the miles on the bike only 32 or the junk I ate that had me sleeping all morning? Today Saturday the 22nd I start fresh, morning I had 3 almond pancakes, 4oz canadian bacon and homemade blueberry topping with bulletproof coffee, see what the rest of the day brings. Have a 2hour bike if the rain stops.

Got up for a 5am run, I do enjoy the morning workouts I am going to try to stick to the early weekday runs. Doing circuit training at the club tonight with Lynda and some TM speed work. Need to remember I am running for the Lord and not myself or other runners. I did sign up for the Mad City 50k on March 31st. yikes!
