was planning on circuit class but no one showed up bummer must be the holidays, got on the mill and to make it fun started a level 2 and each min. went up a level till 11 then back down to 2 for some sprints 20sec. on 10sec off till hit 5 miles. Then 20min crossfit workout.
Nice job. I'm always afraid I'm going to fly off the back of the treadmill.
